How It Works
- Choose the size and style of the finished product for your artwork from the options provided in the multiple-choice chart inside the contact form.
-Answer a few questions to help me understand your vision.
-Upload photos of the wall/ room where you plan to hang the art (optional, but very useful)
-Upload pictures of pillows or other accents for color reference.
- If you have a specific art style in mind, you can also share a reference photo (optional).
I'll begin the process of creating several versions of art based on your description. I'll stay in touch with you via email as I progress to make sure that you're happy with the direction I'm taking. Please take into account that the quicker your response is to me, the quicker I can complete your order. I will create as many options as it takes for you to be 100% satisfied with your selection.
Once I've crafted several options for you, the next step is to select your favorite. Each option will be distinctly labeled with a letter, such as A, B, C, and so on, making it easy for you to express your preferences. I'll be eagerly awaiting your feedback. If none of the options align with your vision, I'll create another round of choices for you to consider until you find the perfect piece.
Upon receiving your formal written approval, such as "I approve option B," through email communication, I will proceed to print your art on your chosen product. This process ensures that your approval is documented before we proceed to finish your order. After that, your order will be delivered to your door!

Understanding the Request Approval Process
As a passionate artist, I take great care in creating exceptional, one-of-a-kind framed artworks through my Bespoke Commissioned Art Experience. This allows us to collaborate directly on a custom piece tailored to your personal vision and tastes. The Process goes as follows:
To begin, please complete the Bespoke Art Request Form specifying the desired canvas size along with details about the style, themes and other key elements you envision for your custom framed artwork.
- Project Review:
I will carefully review your submitted request. Due to the custom nature of bespoke art, I can only accept a limited number of projects at a time to ensure each piece receives my full attention and creative energy. - Acceptance & Start of Collaboration: If I feel I can bring your artistic vision to life exceptionally well on the canvas size requested, I will reach out within 5 business days to approve beginning the creative process. *** If your project cannot be accepted based on my artistic discretion, your payment submitted with the form will be fully refunded. ***
- Co-Creation Process: Once accepted, we will work together closely. I will provide selections and ask you to give feedback as we refine the design. Open communication is key to ensuring your custom piece turns out perfectly.
- Completion & Shipping: After you have submitted written approval of your chosen piece, your art will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep via my trusted fulfillment partner.
