Return and Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you wish to return a product without defects or workmanship issues, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. You may return the product within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a return label, please email us at: customconceptsartdecor@gmail.com.
Gift Cards and Promotional Offers Involving Gift Cards
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotional Offers Involving Gift Cards: If you purchase an item with a Promotional Offer that includes a Gift Card and decide to return the purchased item, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item, excluding the value of the gift card. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. To request a return shipping label, please email us at: customconceptsartdecor@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds for Store Products
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customconceptsartdecor@gmail.com.
Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all our products! Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we've optimized our shipping process to ensure your masterpiece arrives in a timely manner. Our production time for your art is typically just 3 business days. We use ground shipping via USPS, GLS, or FedEx (depending on the size), which delivers within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order. Thank you for choosing us for your art needs!

Please note that each computer screen is set to different settings, and as a result, the physical art may appear slightly different than on your screen. While we strive for accuracy in representing our products, slight variations may occur in the physical printed product. *****Please understand that The Bespoke Art Experience is an organic interaction between customer and myself, Leandra. After placing your order, I'll promptly initiate the creation of your artwork. The project timeline is flexible, determined by the pace of your feedback on the initial provided artwork. Some projects progress swiftly, while others may involve multiple rounds of crafting new options before achieving the desired outcome. Throughout this journey, I'll maintain open communication via email, providing regular updates on the progress. Your approval is crucial in this collaborative process. When you find the perfect piece, please express your approval by responding to my email, stating something like, 'That's it! I want option D! I approveoption D!' This ensures you receive an artwork that genuinely resonates with you. There is no fixed deadline; the process unfolds at a pace that aligns with your preferences, and your approval via email helps streamline the communication and confirmation process.
Refunds on Bespoke Art Experience Requests:
Due to the custom nature of bespoke art, I can only accept a limited number of projects at a time to ensure each piece receives my full attention and creative energy. Your payment is processed immediately after filling out the request form. If I feel I can bring your artistic vision to life exceptionally well on the canvas size requested, I will reach out within 3 business days to approve beginning the creative process.
*** If your requested project cannot be accepted based on my artistic discretion, your payment submitted with the form will be fully refunded. (Please keep in mind that "Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once issued, a credit card refund can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. Other payment methods may vary.")
***Also. if for any reason, you are unable to provide final written approval, a full refund will be issued.
****Once we receive your written approval for a piece, it becomes uniquely yours, and refunds cannot be processed. Create with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping for "Bespoke Art Experience" Orders
Once you've given final approval, the production time is typically 3 to 4 business days. After that, your framed canvas will be sent with included expedited shipping.
